We collect as little as we can, use it only to answer you, and remove it when you ask. This page explains what that means in practice.

§ 02 — What we collect

Only what you choose to send, plus basic server records.

Contact formWhen you use the enquiry form, we receive the name, email address, organisation (optional) and message you enter.
Server logsLike most websites, our server records standard technical information such as your IP address and request time, used to keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
Theme settingYour light/dark preference is stored locally in your browser only. It never reaches our servers.

We do not run advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

§ 03 — Why we use it

To reply to you, and to keep the site working.

We use the details you submit solely to read and respond to your enquiry and any follow-up conversation. Server records are kept to protect the site against abuse and to fix technical problems. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.

§ 04 — Who else is involved

A few services help us run the site.

Google reCAPTCHAThe contact form uses reCAPTCHA to block automated spam. Google may process data, including your IP address, under its privacy policy.
Google FontsFonts are loaded from Google's servers, which means your browser shares its IP address with Google when pages load.
Email deliveryEnquiries reach us by email through our mail provider, which processes the message in order to deliver it to us.

We share your information with these providers only as needed to run the site — never for their own marketing.

§ 05 — How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation is useful.

We retain enquiry messages for as long as needed to handle your request and any reasonable follow-up, then delete them. Security logs are kept for a short period and rotated automatically. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

§ 06 — Your rights

You stay in control of your information.

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restrict or object to certain uses, or to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To make any of these requests, just send us a message through our contact form and we'll handle it.

We'll note any updates here.

If this policy changes, we'll revise the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear on the site.
